AACHI BUSINESS SCHOOL was initiated by Mr. A.D. Padmasingh Isaac as part of the Aachi Group’s social endeavors. His commitment to fostering entrepreneurs and intra-entrepreneurs led to the establishment of AACHI BUSINESS SCHOOL. As a BBA graduate, he achieved success as a visionary businessman and entrepreneur. Notably, he has received various accolades, with the National Award for the Best Employer of differently-abled employees being a significant achievement. Furthermore, Mr. Isaac has served as the Chairman of the MSME panel for the Confederation of Indian Industries, representing Tamil Nadu. To offer a stage for the talents within the student community, he specially devised the Industry Institute Interface through its Business School. This initiative aims not only to unveil and nurture their inherent managerial abilities but also to provide internships in various functional areas within his group companies. Mrs. THELMA ISSAC is the wife of Mr. A. D. Padmasingh Isaac and also a BA graduate from the University of Madras. She is a highly successful first-generation woman entrepreneur working hand-in-hand with Mr. Isaac. She holds the responsibility of managing Nazareth Foods Pvt. Ltd., of the Aachi Group of Companies. She has been awarded the prestigious ‘Magalir Virudhu’ on the occasion of the Centenary of Women’s Day and enjoys working for the cause of empowering women towards employability.

Mr. ASHWIN PANDIAN is the eldest son of Mr. & Mrs. Isaac. He is a Mechanical Engineer & holds an MBA degree from the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. He is an Executive Director on the Board of Aachi Masala Foods Pvt. Ltd., and he takes care of the various key functions of the organisation such as Technical Operations, Logistics, Information Technology & Projects. Mr. Ashwin Pandian is a process efficiency enthusiast and always strives to achieve competence in technical operations along with his team. He works closely with many technical service providers across the world in order to co-create proficient technical support for the processing of quality food products.

Mr. ABISHEK ABRAHAM, is the youngest son of the Isaac family and an Executive Director on the Board of Aachi Masala Foods Pvt. Ltd. He holds a B. Tech in Food Technology and an MBA from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Management of Family-Managed Businesses. He is responsible for Marketing, R&D, Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Online Business, HR & Finance.
